I can't believe it's another year going by so fast! Summer's going to be here before you know it!! Are you prepared? Have you picked out the perfect 2 pc bikinis or a sexy 1? If you haven't There's still plenty of time! Grab a black trash bag! Got it? Now go to your pantry and throw everything out!! Those are the things that will keep away from those cute suits!! Replace them with more healthier products! Instead of spaghetti get wheat pasta! Sugary cereals throw them out and replace them oatmeal.. Or even shredded wheat if you need that sugar bad enough!! Conquer this step 1st and then we'll move on to step 2 ..

Diets are not geared for everyone. You can have diet A that helped Lisa loose 10lbs but then did nothing for Mary. My advise: LISTEN to your body WATCH what you feed your body & ACT on those exercise that makes you sweat!

I have a daughter who's been battling cancer for over 7 yrs and it dawned on me that the food we're putting into our body is the caused of most cancer diagnoses.. She has Nodular Sclerosis Hodgkin Lymphoma. A form of cancer that is not hereditary.. Americans are intaking too many types of food that is laced with hormones and/or chemicals which help enhance the taste of food.. It's times that we educate ourselves and I will start posting better choices to help prevent this cancerous monster attack our love ones..

A near-drowning at a local YMCA is prompting changes when it comes to swimming programs. A 6-year-old nearly drowned last month at the Y in Franklin Park, and since that incident the YMCA has overhauled its summer swimming programs in the Pittsburgh area.

Stop counting calories & start changing your diet. Natural foods has many qualities not just the vitamins it contains but what it can do for your body.. Why spend over $40 on products like protein shakes just so you can put protein into your body after a workout. Why not spend $2.oo on some spinach and enjoy that natural way to some quality protein.
