Pay is determined by experience and ability. Starting wage: newly/mostly certified no experience is $20p/h and goes up from there depending on certifications longevity & ability!
Your job will be to provide excellent personal care for 6 dependent residents by offering complete resident hygiene, cooking, distributing meds, maintaining home environment, meeting and exceeding resident's physical, social & emotional needs, completing nurse delegable tasks, along with accurate documentation. You will work much of your shifts independently, so being reliable and responsible is a must. This position is for 3 nights per week (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday). Approx 2 hrs in the evening and 2 hours in the morning will require active resident and home attention. The duration of the shift hours may be completed while resting, anticipating, listening for and addressing resident nighttime needs.
