Congratulations to Nurse Practitioner Natasha Dow, who was named a 2026 Health Care Hero by Providence Business News!

Natasha is a firm believer in the power of the PACE model. She works seamlessly with our interdisciplinary team to support the older adults in her care and is motivated by the real impact she can have on our participants. Her belief and commitment inspire our entire organization.

Natasha is has the full trust of her colleagues and the older adults she cares for. Outside of her excellence as a provider, Natasha has been a mentor to nurse practitioner students on rotation and has played a significant role in training staff members on our new electronic medical record and in standardizing our onboarding process from primary care providers.

Our organization achieved many important milestones in our 20th year of operation, including earning record participant satisfaction scores, the adoption of a first-of-its-kind electronic medical record, and receiving national news coverage highlighting our efforts to prevent elder homelessness.

As we look back on this week's historic blizzard, we cannot be more proud of our team. These photos, taken by our staff, show the challenging conditions after the storm.

As soon as it was safe, our team was back out in the community, delivering food and medications, and checking in on PACE participants. Our transportation staff dug buses out of multiple feet of snow to get participants to urgent appointments.

Though waist-high snow and unplowed streets, our staff pushed through to help the people who depend on us!
