I hate to do this again and sound like a broken record but after over $400 in last minute cancelations in A WEEK obviously some need a reminder. 24 HOUR CANCELATION POLICY WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. YOU MUST PAY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT IN FULL. YOU WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULED AND I WILL NOT REFER YOU TO ANOTHER THERAPIST. Please don't make me keep credit cards on file or make everyone prepay. I have people who would love to have your spot if they had proper time to prepare for it. Unless you make your appointment ahead of time or luck out and get one of my cancelations that happen people are waiting 2-3 weeks to get in. PLEASE be considerate of my time and others need to get in. Yes life happens but this is my livelihood and I need to plan accordingly. Thank you rant over. Those of you who support me and understand thank you bunches😘

Thank you to those who are getting better with the 24 hour cancelation policy. I get life happens and I dislike charging when you can't give 24 hour notice. BUT friendly reminder you will be charged. If you can't make it send someone in your place. If you know you aren't coming at least text or call instead of leaving me sitting in an empty office when others are waiting 3 weeks to get in. Or I can plan on having half the day off ahead of time. Yes it's a bad holiday week with no shows.🤣 Everyone have a Happy and safe 4th of July!!
