When it comes to cable flys, changing the angle changes what part of your chest you’re targeting:

⬇️ High-to-low cable flys → Emphasize the lower chest
⬆️ Low-to-high cable flys → Target the upper chest
➡️ Straight-across flys → Hit the entire chest

It’s Friday… and we all know what that means 😎

Dinner out.
A couple drinks.
Late nights.
Maybe dessert.
Maybe apps.
Maybe both.

And guess what? That’s called living.

But here’s how to enjoy your weekend without feeling like a bloated, exhausted potato by Sunday night 👇

Friday Night Tips:
✔️ Eat protein first so you don’t overdo the junk
✔️ Drink water between alcoholic drinks
✔️ Share appetizers instead of ordering three for yourself

Saturday Recovery Mode:
💧 Drink LOTS of water (at least half your bodyweight in ounces)
🥚 Get protein at breakfast
🚶‍♀️ Go for a walk — fresh air + movement helps digestion
🧂 Add electrolytes if you drank alcohol

Sunday Reset:
✔️ Light workout or stretch
✔️ Meal prep something simple
✔️ Hydrate like it’s your job

Best time to work out after a binge?
👉 The very next day.
