💡 Struggling with workout motivation? You’re not alone! Some days, the energy just isn’t there—but that doesn’t mean your fitness goals have to take a back seat. Here are some simple tricks to keep moving, even on the toughest days:

✅ Use the “just 5 minutes” rule—once you start, momentum usually kicks in.
✅ Keep a short, go-to routine (10–15 minutes) for low-energy days.
✅ Add accountability—a buddy, a trainer, or even putting it on your calendar.
✅ Make it fun—music, podcasts, or trying something new.
✅ Reward yourself—big or small, progress deserves celebration.

🚨 Fitness Myth: BUSTED 🚨

Question: “My girlfriend swears by early morning workouts—“ it’s the best time of day to work out”, but every time I try, I’m exhausted and miserable all day. Am I doomed if I’m not a morning person?”

Answer:
Not at all! 🙅‍♂️ Morning workouts aren’t a one-size-fits-all solution. Some people crush their workouts at lunch 🥗, others hit the gym after work 🏋️‍♀️, and a few prefer a late-night sweat session 🌙. The key is consistency—not the clock.

💡 Think outside the box.
Life isn’t always predictable, and your fitness routine doesn’t have to be rigid. Find what fits your rhythm. We’re open throughout the day to meet you wherever you are on your schedule (and your journey).

💪 Standard Forearm Plank (Step-by-Step)

1. Start on the floor on your hands and knees.
2. Lower down onto your forearms with elbows directly under shoulders.
3. Step your feet back so your body forms a straight line from head to heels.
4. Engage your core — think belly button pulling up toward your spine.
5. Squeeze your glutes and quads to stay stable.
6. Keep your neck neutral (gaze down at the floor).
7. Breathe slowly — don’t hold your breath.

⏱️ How Long Should You Hold It?
• Beginner: 10–20 seconds
• Intermediate: 30–45 seconds
• Advanced: 60+ seconds

Quality over time — if your back starts sagging or hips lift too high, stop and reset.

🔄 Common Mistakes
• ❌ Sagging lower back → strains your spine
• ❌ Butt too high → takes pressure off your core
• ❌ Holding your breath → reduces stability and oxygen to muscles

🧠 Tip:
