⭐️Meet Rilie Wallace, Senior Outreach Benefits Advisor.🌟

Although Rilie Wallace doesn’t currently live locally, she takes great pride in serving her home community.
Born in Wyoming and raised on the Wind River Indian Reservation, Rilie has deep roots in the area—many of her friends and their families worked in the uranium industry.

Rilie has been a dedicated member of the Four Corners Health Care and United Energy Workers Health Care teams for the past five years. When the previous RECA bill expired, she took the opportunity to move to New Mexico, where she assisted DOE employees at Sandia and Los Alamos. Later, family ties led her to Texas, where she was able to help Pantex employees access the benefits they’ve earned.

With the recent RECA expansion, Rilie has focused her efforts back on her HOME state of Wyoming, ensuring uranium workers receive the recognition and care they deserve.

When she’s not traveling to serve our nation’s atomic heroes, Rilie enjoys spending time with her family—whether that’s cheering at sporting events or relaxing on the lake boating and fishing. She’s truly grateful for the opportunity to support uranium workers across Wyoming and Texas.

🌟 Meet Samantha Scott! 🌟

Samantha Scott has been part of the Four Corners Healthcare family since December 2024, serving as a dedicated Case Manager. Before stepping into this role, she worked with the company as a contract nurse at the beginning of the year. With nearly a decade of nursing experience, Samantha reflects on how she once looked up to seasoned nurses — and now proudly stands among them.

What she loves most about her work is the meaningful connection she gets to build with her patients. Having come from a primarily hospital-based background, she finds it incredibly rewarding that her current role allows her to get to know patients and their families on a more personal level.

Outside of work, Samantha’s life is full of energy and adventure. She and her husband live on a 160-acre farm with their two spirited daughters, ages 5 and 2. Together, they care for more than 30 horses and mules for her husband’s business, Menefee Outfitters. When they’re not in the fields or tending to the horses, Samantha and her girls love spending time with their chickens — a fun and ever-growing hobby that brings them plenty of joy.

Samantha truly loves what she does, the people she serves, and the positive impact she’s able to make every day. 💚

🌟 Meet Tonya Rafferty, RN/Case Manager 🌟

Tonya Rafferty, formerly known as Tonya Lindbo, serves as a dedicated Nurse Case Manager with a heart deeply rooted in Wyoming’s uranium mining communities. Her connection to this work is personal — her stepfather was part of the program and one of the last at Pathfinder before it closed. With generations of her family involved in the uranium mining industry — from her grandparents and parents to aunts and uncles — Tonya’s story is one of legacy, compassion, and purpose.

Born in Riverton and later raised in Shirley Basin,

Tonya’s passion for this program comes from a profound sense of family and community. “These are my people,” she often says — and that belief drives her every day. She takes great pride in helping clients navigate their care, ensuring they receive the respect, compassion, and benefits they truly deserve.

When she learned the years had reopened, Tonya’s heart was full — knowing so many friends and family who have since passed would have benefited from this program. Her mission now is to reach as many individuals as possible, helping them secure their RECA benefits and walking beside them in their care journey.

Outside of work, Tonya enjoys spending her summers fishing in Wyoming’s mountain streams, tending to her garden, cheering on her grandkids at their sporting events, and leading worship with her church family. She also loves cooking for her family during celebrations and gatherings.

Tonya’s love for Wyoming and its people shines through everything she does. She believes in honoring individuals by giving them autonomy and dignity in how they wish to live and be cared for. “It is truly an honor to serve,” she says — and everyone who knows her can see just how deeply she means it. 💛

🌟 Meet Your Local Home Health Aide Coordinator (HHAC) – Rachel Raymond! 🌟

Say hello to Rachel Raymond, the dedicated HHAC for Four Corners Healthcare’s Riverton office!

Rachel has been part of the Four Corners family for nearly 10 years, and during that time, she’s made a lasting impact through her compassion, commitment, and genuine care for both patients and her team. She often shares how deeply Four Corners has touched her life — from the strong sense of community in the office to the meaningful relationships she’s built along the way.

Those who know Rachel describe her as someone who leads with heart and purpose, striving every day to leave behind a legacy of love, dedication, and service.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, going on adventures with her two children and fiancé, and exploring the outdoors. She loves camping and hiking (even if she claims she’s “terrible at it” 😄) and can often be found reading or writing in her free time.

Rachel’s passion for her work and her community shines through in everything she does. She finds true fulfillment in giving back to the patients who have given so much to others throughout their lives. 💙

Today, we honor the men and women who worked in America’s nuclear weapons programs — the atomic heroes who powered our nation’s defense and built the foundation of our freedom.

On this National Day of Remembrance for Nuclear Weapons Program Workers, we pause to reflect on their service, their sacrifice, and their lasting impact on our country.

🇺🇸 We thank every worker, family member, and community who continues to carry their legacy forward.
