Meet Jennifer Lawler, RN — Clinical Preceptor with FCHC 💙

Jennifer grew up in Southern California and moved to Riverton, Wyoming in June 2022, where she quickly fell in love with the beauty of Wyoming and its close-knit community. Nursing has always been close to her heart. Inspired by her mother, a nurse practitioner, Jennifer witnessed from a young age the powerful impact compassionate care can have on patients and their families. Her passion for nursing continued to grow as she supported several of her own family members through health challenges.
Jennifer earned her nursing degree from Central Wyoming College in 2024 and began her career working in a critical access ICU and dialysis setting. She joined FCHC in October 2025 and quickly became a valued part of the team. What she loves most about Four Corners is the people — both the supportive coworkers who lift each other up and the resilient, inspiring patients who often feel like family.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family and friends, caring for her chickens, and continuing her education as she works toward her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Meet Breeona 💙

While Breeona wasn’t born in Wyoming, it’s the place she proudly calls home. She grew up in Riverton and later made Lander her home after marrying her husband. She’s also a proud mom to two sweet boys, with her youngest joining the family just this past October.

Breeona graduated from Central Wyoming College in 2019 and began her nursing journey in hospitals across the country through travel nursing, primarily serving in the ICU. After welcoming her first child, she made the transition to Four Corners as a contract nurse and later moved into case management—finding a role that allowed her to continue caring for others while also creating balance for her growing family.

What Breeona loves most about her work at Four Corners is the people. Every patient has a story, and this role allows her to build meaningful, personal connections that can be hard to find in other areas of nursing. Along the way, she’s found not just fulfillment in her work, but a second family in both her patients and her coworkers.

Outside of work, Breeona enjoys spending time with her family, getting lost in a good book, cooking or baking, and taking time to relax and recharge.

Meet Meghann Hecht, Nurse and Clinical Manager at Four Corners Healthcare 💛

Meghann began her journey with Four Corners nearly three years ago as a Case Manager, where she quickly found a deep appreciation for working alongside the incredible men and women who dedicated their lives to uranium mining. Each person she serves brings a unique story, set of interests, and strengths—but they all share a foundation of hard work, dedication, and meaningful contributions to their communities. Meghann is deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve and advocate for them.
Over time, her passion for advocacy has only grown.

Meghann is committed to ensuring those in her care receive the full benefits they have earned, while also offering steady support to their families. She approaches every interaction with humility and respect, recognizing that the people she serves often teach her just as much as she supports them. Their stories leave a lasting impact on her heart.
A nurse for eight years, Meghann’s greatest professional passion is home health. She finds purpose in helping individuals remain where they feel most comfortable and supported—at home, surrounded by loved ones and the lives they’ve built.

Outside of work, Meghann is a devoted wife and mother, roles that bring her the greatest joy. She enjoys running, drawing, yoga, tea, spending time with her dog, and meaningful conversations. Proud to call Wyoming home, she finds peace and inspiration in the beautiful world God created here.

Meet Caitlin Macy, RN Case Manager 💙

Caitlin is a true local at heart, having grown up in the Fremont County area and calling this community home her entire life. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her spending quality time outdoors with her son—making memories and soaking up everything this beautiful area has to offer.

Caitlin attended nursing school at CWC, and while she always felt called to nursing, her path became deeply personal after becoming a parent to a child with complex medical needs. That experience shaped not only her career, but the compassion and understanding she brings to every family she serves.

She began her nursing career in the emergency department and joined the Four Corners family in December 2024. What Caitlin values most about her role is the meaningful connections she builds—because to her, clients aren’t just clients, they become family.

We’re grateful to have Caitlin as part of our community and our team. 💙

After earning not one, not two BUT three degrees from the University of Wyoming, Jacee brought her passion for service and connection to Four Corners Healthcare a year and a half ago. What she loves most about her role is the meaningful relationships she builds with patients and their caregivers—being able to listen, support, and make a real difference in their lives every day is what truly fills her cup.
