📚Back to School season is here!📚
That means our kids are back to wearing backpacks almost everyday. Here are a few tips to avoid back pain:
🎒Make sure to use both straps over the shoulders.
🎒Pick the right size of backpack for your child. If it's too big, it will throw off their center of gravity, which can strain the shoulders, neck, and spine!
🎒Choose a backpack with straps that are wide and padded. Make sure the straps are adjusted correctly so they don't dig into the arms.
🎒Get regular chiropractic adjustments. This can help ensure your child's nervous system is functioning properly and ease any pain or tension created from wearing a backpack!
