Using a combination of Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Therapies, Acupuncture, and Live Blood Analysis, Aspire is one of the few clinics that offer complete patient health that lasts. At Aspire Health and Wellness we pride ourselves in offering a very unique approach to healthcare. We take the time to determine exactly what is causing our patients symptoms, then correct the cause without drugs or surgery. We specialize in the implementation of specific orthopedic test, blood analysis, and surface EMG scans to determine exactly what is causing our patients specific symptoms. Once we determine what is causing the symptoms we take a multisystem approach to treatment. We find that we get much better and longer lasting results than most clinics because we not limited to only one specialty. Our treatment of disc and sciatic pain is also very unique. When we combine Physical Therapy exercises specific for disc and sciatic pain with specialized Chiropractic and Acupuncture Therapies we have reduced and often completely eliminated the symptoms of 95% of our disc patients. Dr. Bell did an amazing job. He was able to clear up arthritis and inflammation in my lower back after suffering for years. He also removed inflammation in .my hip and knee and helped me avoid surgery to repair a small tear in my knee. Thanks to Dr. Bell, I am now able to do all of my yard work without pain.

I had a ruptured S1 disk which was inoperable but caused such intense pain I was in bed for two months. I was then told by a family member about Dr Bell & how much he’d helped her & another person she knew. After my first injection I was able to get out of bed without agony! I have had 3 injections so far and I can walk to get my mail, do a few things for myself without such intense pain!!! The first two visits I arrived in a wheelchair, but the 3rd visit I walked in! I had some back/neck issues that arose after I had my 3rd little one. I’m guessing it was from nursing and co-sleeping and using half of my body a whole life more than the other for months. I started to have lain that increased so bad I couldn’t move my neck around fully and almost half of my back became numb, for moths. I went to other chiropractors, massage therapists and nothings helped until I had some ozone’s from Dr Bell. My husband had just had his first round and mentioned I should try it. After going 6 times now, I no longer have any numbness, the pain has gone down 95% and it helped me avoid a route of MRI’s and cortisone shots for the rest of my life, what western Dr were suggesting, I’m VERY happy I’ve beloved in trying this method which maybe sounds too new or rogue to some, because it’s literally changed my back and neck which affect a lot of strain and happiness in my daily. PLUS I love how natural it is and that I’m not putting medicine in my body when it’s not necessary.
