Before and 5 months post ! This patient had a prior facelift a number of years ago by another surgeon but had some neck laxity that he wanted to improve. He underwent a neck lift to address this- The result? A restoration of a bright, youthful appearance. A necklift is a great option for candidates who are looking to address sagging skin!

Another before & JUST OVER A MONTH after !

Kicking off the weekend sharing this fresh result! One of the primary goals of her rhinoplasty was not only to improve her breathing, but to reduce her dorsal hump, deproject her profile, and reduce the prominence of her columella, the bridge of skin between the nostrils. This resulted in a nose that compliments her face. She is early out from surgery, so results will only get better with time, but we are so excited for her and can’t wait to see even more of her progression with time!

Before & after for this lovely patient! The primary goal of this rhinoplasty was to improve her breathing. For years, she struggled with nasal obstruction and had experienced a series of nasal traumas as well. Dr. Allak performed surgery to address these concerns, culminating in an all around improvement both functionally and aesthetically!

This reconstruction required several different specific flaps to complete her reconstruction. Given the proximity of each defect to one another the reconstructions were combined to give her the best possible outcome. She has healed wonderfully & is back to her daily routine just three weeks post-surgery!

Before & after to add structure & build up the bridge of this patient’s nose! In this patient’s case, rather than reducing the bridge of the nose as we often do, Dr. Allak built up the bridge of her nose to provide balance to her face. He also repositioned and refined the tip of her nose to balance the overall shape and facial features. Combining these different changes added the balance she needs to compliment her face!

3 months out from her . Goals of her surgery were to reduce her bump and define/rotate the tip upward! Her surgery was also aimed at improving her breathing while refining the look of her nose. It fits her face beautifully! At 3 months there is plenty of swelling and her result will refine even further with time.

Sharing an updated 6 months post for this lovely patient! We previously had shared her results when she was just one week out from her procedure. Over the past 6 months her swelling has only continued to go down. This neck lift restored so much life to her face and we are so excited for her!

Before and only 2 WEEKS after in-office ! We are obsessed with her outcome and she is a good example of how soon the results can show. By removing the excess skin on her upper eyelids, her entire face has been rejuvenated.
