FTG operates Physical, Occupational and Sports Therapy Clinics in Riverton, Lander, Rock Springs, Green River, Rawlins, and Saratoga. Licensed therapy professionals provide personalized, one-on-one evidence-based treatment and healing care, and work directly with patients to ease their pain and discomfort and restore their functionality. We offer a wide variety of services and rehabilitation options to maximize the health, mobility, strength and function of our patients.

As part of Thanksgiving we wanted to acknowledge the people that make Fremont Therapy Group so incredible.

Thank you to our leadership and staff - without you, we wouldn't be able to impact the lives of the patients that walk through our doors everyday. We had the best time hosting Business After Hours at our Lander Clinic. Thank you Lander Chamber of Commerce and the Ambassadors for partnering with us to host such a fun and engaging event! If you missed seeing some of our new additions and visiting with our incredible staff, do not fret! Our Story

Fremont Therapy Group has been serving the Riverton and Lander communities since 1996. We expanded to Green River in 2014, Rawlins in 2015 and Rock Springs in 2017. All of our clinics offer orthopedic therapy, pain management, aquatic therapy, neurological rehabilitation, and cardiovascular conditioning, as well as therapies that address sports and work related injuries, hand, neck and back pain and injuries, women's health, balance problems and vestibular dysfunctions.
