They recently completed their graduate program and graduated from Nova Southeastern University, and we are thrilled that they are continuing their journey with us at Dr. Lake & Associates

Meet Weronika!

Weronika is a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Georgia. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of challenges, including eating disorders (such as bulimia, anorexia, and binge-eating disorder), anxiety, depression, family conflict, and trauma.

Weronika offers a warm, supportive, and collaborative approach to therapy, helping clients understand their emotions, identify triggers, and manage symptoms. She believes in tailoring treatment to the unique needs of each individual, creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change.

Her therapeutic style is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Narrative Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She is committed to providing culturally-sensitive care and supporting clients through every step of their healing journey.

As a bilingual clinician fluent in English and Polish, Weronika is passionate about making therapy accessible and inclusive for clients from diverse backgrounds.
