Loved creating these Appreciation Token keychains for Hummingbird Nesting (and yes… their brand is inspired by fun hummingbird facts, which makes me love them even more).

This set is a 2-piece rose gold keychain:
Round tag engraved with their logo
Slim oval tag engraved with their name
…and I finished it off by engraving their branding on the pouches, too—because the unboxing should feel just as intentional as the gift.

Here’s how we brought these custom sublimation fans to life for their Margarita & MooMoos party. From printing to pressing to the final reveal—every detail matters when you’re creating something special. 🎉

1️⃣ Print sublimation patterns
2️⃣ Remove, heat press & straighten fan fabric
3️⃣ Get butcher paper ready for pressing designs
4️⃣ Tape designs to sublimation fabric
5️⃣ Heat press 385° for 60 sec
6️⃣ Peel off paper from fans & admire vibrant prints
7️⃣ Apply double sided adhesive to fan bones
8️⃣ Peel double sided tape off fan bones
9️⃣ Apply sublimated fabric onto double sided tape

From trunk to venue to home again 🚐✨

The night before: 420 boxes of wine & whiskey glasses, three folding shelves, two rolling carts—all strategically packed into our trusty MPV (we don’t call it a minivan anymore 😉).

The morning of: UV laser loaded, equipment organized, and we’re ready to roll.

At the venue: Unloading, setting up, loading the carts with glasses, arranging the shelves—then it’s showtime with live engraving from every angle.

The night: Packing it all back up, heading home exhausted and proud.

The next morning: Everything unloaded, shelves down, laser secured, seats back up for regular life.

This is what it takes to bring 420 personalized glasses to life at the Tampa Chamber of Commerce event. Every detail matters. Every glass matters. Every moment of setup and breakdown is part of the craft.
