The compass, a symbol of direction, guides both maps and explorers. Beyond its practical use, the compass embodies spiritual guidance, awakening, and self-discovery. Over this five day challenge, we'll delve into the four "quarters" of the body-front, back, head, and feet-each corresponding to the points of a compass.
