π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦ Practice this calming FAMILY BREATH together.
βοΈ Sit next to each other, or in a circle, so that your hands can touch each other's backs, right between the shoulder blades. Each person should be touching at least one other person, maybe two.
βοΈ Without speaking, try to coordinate your breaths so you breathe at exactly the same rate. To do that, you'll have to be very mindful and feel your family's backs move with the breath.
βοΈ Try to match the breathing of the person you are touching. Continue for a couple of minutes.
