Kristy’s trusted face among our residents and families, known for her compassion, creativity, and commitment to making every person feel genuinely at home.

With years of experience in senior living, Kristy has mastered the art of bringing people together, inspiring her team, and creating an environment filled with joy, purpose, and connection.

Her journey began in activities and lifestyle programming, where she discovered the profound power of shared laughter, music, and movement.

Her strong background in marketing and community engagement continues to shape her vision for a vibrant, connected, and welcoming Bridges family.

And of course, The Bridges family would be incomplete without Luna Liberty, Kristy’s beloved Golden Retriever. As our unofficial "Director of Smiles," Luna's cheerful presence reminds us that joy often comes in the smallest, furriest packages.

We are thrilled to introduce our new Care Leadership Team, a couple of dedicated professionals with a combined two decades of experience.

Ashley Promes, Resident Care Director - Ashley is a cherished healthcare professional with a decade of devoted experience, a nursing license (LPN), and a heart full of positive energy. A native of Carroll, Iowa, her journey led her to Florida in 2003, where she's been a compassionate force ever since. With a unique educational background in Criminal Justice and nursing, Ashley brings tireless energy and a positive attitude to her leadership role. Her Grandfather is also a longtime resident of The Bridges. In her free time, she enjoys the simple pleasures of painting and outdoor fun, especially when it involves engaging in playful "nerf wars" with her son.

Courtney Jha, Resident Care Coordinator - Courtney is a dedicated assisted living professional who has been a part of The Bridges family for years. She pours her heart into providing compassionate care, love, and support for the elderly. As a Florida native and mother of two wonderful sons, she discovered her true calling in ensuring the residents under her care are treated and loved like family. When not busy with her meaningful work, Courtney enjoys pursuing several cherished hobbies, including a passion for building intricate Legos.

By combining their strengths, we will elevate the experience for every resident and family we serve.
