We hosted our very first St. Patrick’s Day breakfast this morning, and it was truly a hit! ☘️💚

Residents enjoyed a hot breakfast with the yummiest Lucky Charms yogurt parfaits, and all spent the morning sharing smiles and laughter with friends.

A huge THANK YOU! to our amazing little helpers, Lucas and Cataleya, who stopped in before school to help cook and serve breakfast. You both were such a big help and truly made the morning possible! We are so grateful for you!

And an even bigger THANK YOU! goes to our wonderful Activity Director, Kim, for bringing this event to life! Your creativity, planning, and dedication never go unnoticed. You always have the best ideas and execute them so beautifully! And, this morning was just that!

Michigan House and The Bellaire Senior Living had an amazing couple of days learning with Jeff from PARC Home Care and Hospice last week!

Jeff led both of our hydration in-services on Thursday and Friday, where our staff didn't just gain valuable knowledge about the importance of hydration, but were also treated to an infused water bar so we all could stay hydrated while we learned!

We want to say a huge THANK YOU! to Jeff and the entire PARC team for always supporting our staff with such meaningful education! We're so grateful to have you in our 💙 💚

This past Friday, both The Bellaire and Michigan House Senior Living came together to celebrate Rosie the Riveter Day! ❤️🤍💙

Rosie Day is a time to honor the incredible women who stepped up during World War II, filling essential roles while many men were serving overseas. Their determination, resilience, and hard work helped shape history, and continues to open doors for generations of women in fields like manufacturing, STEM, farming, aerospace, and beyond!

Residents and staff all joined in on the fun by dressing the part with bandanas and plenty of that classic “We Can Do It!” spirit. 💪

It was truly wonderful to see everyone getting involved, sharing smiles, and celebrating together! At both of our communities, it was a special day of remembrance, empowerment, and fun.

From red bandanas to big smiles, our residents and all our team members truly embodied the Rosie spirit! 💙💪💚
