Evolution Primary Care is your home for personalized primary care. I believe the most important interaction a patient has is with his or her doctor.

I use humor, compassion, the desire to listen and technical expertise to make that interaction the best it can be. I founded an urgent care in Tampa, FL, and for over a decade it was my mission to create a truly patient-centric organization which would be a service to the community. My medical degree is from Saint Matthew’s University and I served my residency in family medicine at Bayfront Medica

l center. When I’m not spending time with my wife and daughters you can find me reading or tinkering with electronics. I still think being a physician is the greatest job in the world.

We hope you and your loved ones were able to stay safe through the storm. For the safety of our patients and staff, our office will remain closed Friday(10/11/24) for in person matters. We are still available by phone call and text at T:813-672-2014.

We will be closed Tuesday(10/8/24) through Thursday(10/10/24) due to the current forecasted track for Hurricane Milton. We will reopen for normal business operations as soon as possible following the storm. Please make sure to contact our office in advance for any refills you may need. We hope everyone stays safe this week!

Due to the inclement weather currently forecasted for our area, our office will be closed for all in person matters on Thursday(9/26/24). The safety of our patients and staff is our top priority. We will still be available via phone call and/or text at T:813-672-2014.
