I have run a nonprofit for years; dedicated to helping poor immigrants, and also the poor in Honduras. We have little overhead(usually I have covered most of it); donations go pretty much to helping people:

Chicago. The Honduras clinic was the largest of its kind in the world.
Our new Honduras projects include: providing free prenatal vitamins to
pregnant women who cannot afford them, providing water filters to
Honduran homes that have dirty water, establishing a headache center
in Honduras, and helping poor Hondurans with autism. In Chicago we will be focusing on providing free clothing and medical care to poor immigrants.
Our nonprofit, the American Headache Association, pays no salaries; usually most of the overhead is covered by myself. Any donation is GREATLY appreciated. Donations are tax deductible.
