Some days, showing up at all is the practice.
This bare minimum yoga session is for when your energy is low, your nervous system feels fried, or life has asked more of you than you have to give. There’s no pushing, no fixing, and no expectation to feel any certain way — just simple movement, breathing, and space to arrive as you are.
This practice is gentle, grounded, and intentionally minimal. Even a few moments of awareness can help regulate the nervous system, release mental fatigue, and reconnect you with your body in a kind way.
If you’ve been feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or burned out, this practice still counts.
You don’t need motivation.
You don’t need flexibility.
You don’t need to do it perfectly.
Just being here is enough.
