Mindfulness is not only good for the soul, but is also a great tool used to maintain physical health by staying active and eliminating stress.
Each day for the entire month of September - you will receive an email, with detailed instructions, on a daily activity to promote personal growth. Throughout the month, participants will develop awareness skills that will benefit them on a day to day basis.
The activity of the day will be sent via email, every morning at 8am.
If you are on the path of wanting to lead and maintain a happier lifestyle and searching for an accountability partner - I am here to provide you with just that.
Sometimes all we need is a little extra push of motivation. Weekly check-ins are encouraged but not required!
