We were able to surprise our Restorative Aide, Joyce, with a special birthday lunch! Everyone thinks so much of Joyce and we wanted her to have a celebration with us before her birthday this weekend. When you have a Rehab patient working on high level balance goals, and they happen to have a great artistic eye, you marry the two and have the patient help decorate the gym for fall! Crystal did a fantastic job meeting her weight shifting and functional reach goals while having fun making sure the gym looked better than if the therapy staff had been left with the job :) Thanks so much Crystal for all of your hard work and for sharing your creative talent with us!!

One of the hardest-working fellas we have come across lately! Mr Murphy came to us with restrictions for non-weight-bearing on both legs and 1 of his arms after a traumatic accident. The day that his restrictions were lifted, Mr Murphy was standing in the parallel bars and taking steps. The next day, he was walking the full length of the bars!! We are so amazed by his motivation and perseverance!

Talk about a God Wink... While celebrating a graduation, Ms Ginny found a face that she has been wanting to find for several years. After falling outside a local library, a good Samaritan helped her and, she has never been able to say thank you. Today, she got that chance when she saw Mr Stanback in Rehab. What a wonderful reunion!!

🌟 Happy Sigiversary to Idah Kariko! 🌟

For 23 years, Idah has been an incredible part of the Signature HealthCARE family. Fifteen years ago, she moved from Florida to Louisville with Signature when our home office relocated—and she’s loved experiencing all four seasons in Kentucky ever since.

Idah is known for wearing many hats—always stepping up to help with projects, building connections with her co-workers, and sharing her positivity wherever she goes. She says working at Signature is truly a blessing, and we couldn’t agree more!

Outside of work, Idah shines as a small business owner with Idah’s Creations, where she makes handmade earrings that she sells at local festivals, churches, and school events. She also enjoys bowling, fishing, stargazing, movie nights, and—most of all—watching her son Elijah grow.

Thank you, Idah, for 23 wonderful years and for all you do to make Signature what it is!
