Continuous generalized/background slowing
Frequent bi-occipital spike and wave discharges significantly
increased and nearly continuous in drowsiness in sleep

Impression
This is an abnormal EEG suggestive of diffuse cortical
dysfunction and increased risk for seizures arising from the
bilateral occipital regions.
