🌟 Meet Billy – Our July Success Story! 🌟

When Billy arrived at Old Southwest Health & Rehab, even sitting up was a challenge due to a severe knee injury. But with determination and the support of our incredible therapy team, Billy is now up, moving, and walking so fast we can barely keep up with him! 🏃‍♂️💪

His journey has been, in his own words, “an adventure”, and a good one at that. We’re so proud of how far he’s come and excited to see him head home soon.

🌟 Meet Robin: Our June Success Story! 🌟

Robin has been part of the Old Southwest Health & Rehab family four times, and each time, she’s come back stronger. When she returned most recently, she was unable to walk and required extensive assistance with all mobility and daily tasks.

Today? She’s walking out the door and heading home with her husband! When we asked why she keeps choosing us, Robin simply said:
"I love you, and I want to come back when I need you."

And if someone in the community is considering us for care? Robin’s advice:
"I’d do the same thing."

May Success Story | Meet Stan
When Stan arrived at Old Southwest Rehab and Nursing, he was confined to a wheelchair and needed full assistance. Now—he’s walking with a walker and doing all his daily activities on his own! 💪👏
With hard work, dedication, and the support of our incredible therapy team, Stan has made a remarkable recovery. His progress hasn’t gone unnoticed—his family and care partners at the PACE facility shared,
“This is the best that Stan has looked in the last year.”
And Stan said it best himself: “Thank you you very much!” 💙

Meet Jean—one of our amazing long-term care residents. When he first arrived, he needed a Hoyer lift and over two CNAs just to help with mobility and daily tasks.
Now? Jean is walking on his own, using the restroom independently, and thriving! His hard work and determination have truly improved his quality of life, and we couldn’t be prouder.
