Our sweet and amazing Kristin went in last week for what was expected to be a routine surgery and has since faced significant post-operative complications. She is now undergoing daily IV antibiotics and beginning a long recovery from a major abdominal surgery. While she focuses on healing, even simple day-to-day tasks are physically exhausting and often not possible.

Any support, whether it’s a home-cooked meal, takeout, or a delivery, will make a meaningful difference and remind them they are deeply loved and not walking this road alone.

We’re expecting some BIG weather this weekend!

Sledding can be so much fun, but it can also be dangerous.

Here are some tips to have the best outdoor experience:

❄️Choose the right sledding hill: Opt for gentle slopes without obstacles.

❄️Gear up: Wear helmets, layers, and waterproof clothing for warmth. Head injuries and broken bones are common with outdoor winter activities. Make sure you are protected.

❄️Sled with friends: Enjoy the fun together and watch out for each other.

❄️Check conditions: Ensure the hill is safe, and be mindful of icy patches.

❄️Stay visible: Dress in bright colors to remain visible in snowy surroundings.

Exciting News at Restoration Direct Primary Care!

We are thrilled to officially announce that Kristin Early will be joining Restoration Direct Primary Care as our full-time Office Manager beginning January 1, 2026!

Many of you already know and love Kristin, as she’s been working closely with our practice and clients. If you haven’t had the pleasure of working with her yet, here’s a little more about what she brings to our team:

Kristin has several years of experience in functional medicine and is incredibly passionate about whole-person, root-cause healing. In addition to her role as office manager, she will also be stepping into a new role with us as a Functional Health Coach.

This means our clients will now have the opportunity to take their wellness journey even further—working alongside both their healthcare provider and a dedicated health coach to support sustainable lifestyle changes, accountability, and deeper healing.

We are so excited about what this means for our practice and for YOU.
