Express Family Care We are a fast, friendly, and affordable walk-in urgent care! No appointment necessary! We are local physicians in Roanoke, VA.

We offer walk-in urgent care services for the entire family and have extended hours from 8am to 8pm Monday through Saturday. Our physicians are board certified in family medicine, and have over 40 years combined emergency medicine experience. We Offer The Following Services:

-No Appointment Necessary
-Experienced On-Site Physicians
-On-Site X-Ray
-On-Site Lab Work
-Most Insurances Accepted (Cash, Check, or Credit Card)
-Open 6 Days a Week and Extended Hours
-Pre-Employment Physicals and Drug Screens
-DOT and Non-Dot Drug and Alcohol Testing
-Treatment for Workers Compensation Injuries
