Congratulations to our February Hermitage Hero, Julia!

Julia joined the Hermitage Roanoke community in August 2024 as a Lifestyles and Wellness Assistant and has made a meaningful impact from the very beginning. She brings dedication, kindness, and a willingness to help wherever she is needed, always placing residents at the center of her work.

During Sam’s maternity leave, Julia provided exceptional support to the Lifestyles and Wellness Department. Residents and team members alike have shared how her positive attitude and reliability helped keep the community engaged and supported during that time.

Outside of her role at Hermitage Roanoke, Julia enjoys hiking, gardening, trying new recipes, crafting, and creating her own artwork. She also celebrated a joyful milestone by marrying her partner, Danny, in November. We are grateful to have Julia as part of our team. Her creativity, compassion, and commitment enrich daily life for our residents and reflect the heart of Pinnacle Living.

Congratulations to our Hermitage Hero for January 2026: Angel!

Angel has served as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Hermitage Roanoke for three years. Team members consistently praise her willingness to go above and beyond to support residents.

Whether providing services on Dogwood Lane, lending a hand with resident engagement, or playing hairdresser and painting nails, Angel brings warmth and dedication to every task. She recently passed her state boards to become a Registered Medication Aide.
