Wow!! 12 years ago on this day I opened my office on Peters Creek road. And it's been almost 22 years being self employed as a massage therapist. Where is time going?

Clients say the darnedest things sometimes.

Today a massage client said, "I know it's a good massage when I have a hard time getting my clothes back on". 🤣🤣🤣

That one goes right up there with "That was better than w**d"🤣🤣

So I've never submitted my business to be voted on as "best massage" in town. But yesterday a client came out of my massage room and said it was "better than w**d" so I think that's an award worth bragging about. 🤣🤣🤣

I might add that it also doesn't give you the munchies so that's double win if you ask me. 🤣🤣🤣

This fix has been legal for 20 years and people don't know what their missing. 🤣🤣🤣

My friend Joe Di Peppe shared a great quote (below) today when sharing how people are more susceptible right now to degrade in many manageable health problems simply by long term lock downs if it makes you more inactive. Evidently hospitals are getting flooded with these patients and he thought my businesses could see a rise in these people due to being cooped up and not moving. I loved this quote he tells his patients:

"It’s harder for death to catch you if you keep moving."

I love this because it fits with so many health issues. This quote may end up on my office wall.

If you're moving less these days and want a little joint/soft tissue/breath conditioning for general maintenance I'd be happy to help. ❤🙏

Ooo Ooo!! A friend shared this quote this morning and I had to share it too. I was just talking to a client about her anxiety and "irritations in life" and a practice I teach to help curb and gradually see changes in some of these kind of deep seeded patterns for healthier outcomes. This quote below is a huge step if you allow it to sink in. If you have time and patience and want to learn a skill set to help daily performance and your overall daily mental and physical health give me a shout for private lessons.

It's nice to see other health professionals recognizing that I offer something completely different for helping clients and we can work together to make better changes for those seeking help. Most of my new clients hear about me from my other clients or from looking online. The last two new clients I talked to on the phone today were referred by two completely different Chiropractors. Those two Chiropractors consequently heard about me over time from some of my clients in the past who already got chiropractic care, but felt comfortable seeking others to help them get further along on their progress and we got good results.
Glad to contribute to people feeling better. ❤🙏
