Hey Unicorns!

Wilderness Adventure at Eagle Landing: Summer Camp is having another Yoga Venture and I'm kinda stoked about the schedule, and not just because I'm on it. :)

This is a super sweet yoga festival. Very chill and accessible. It gives you a great opportunity to try other yoga's in the best space with great food and in an incredible space of land.

Yoga Venture is our yoga retreat at Wilderness Adventure at Eagle Landing in rural Craig County, Virginia. The event is designed to help you relax, refresh, and revive amidst the beautiful and peaceful surroundings of our nearly 500 acres of fields, forests, mountains, and streams.

Sunday!!!

Ever walk out of a yoga class thinking, “That was nice, but my shoulder still feels extra.” Or maybe there’s a sneaky little tweak in your side that no downward dog or warrior pose has ever dared to touch. Sound familiar? Then this is your jam.

Ninette’s class isn’t your standard yoga class. Sure, there’s yoga—but there are also balls, straps, and other fun little toys to dig deep, hit the spots you didn’t even know needed love, and unlock your body like it’s been hiding the secrets to happiness in your hamstrings.

Every week, we’re flipping the script. One week, it’s all about the upper body—think shoulders, neck, and back (aka where you’re carrying all that stress and bad posture). The next? It’s time to hit the lower body—hips, glutes, hamstrings, calves… and yes, your poor overworked feet.

This ain’t your sister’s yoga. It’s real, raw, and refreshingly unapologetic. We’re here to play, laugh, maybe curse a little (okay, maybe a lot when those balls dig in), and explore movement in ways that actually make life better—whether you’re crushing it at the gym, sitting at a desk all day, or just trying to get through life without feeling like the Tin Man.

Feeling stiff? We got you. Think yoga isn’t “your thing”? Think again.

It’s about being better in your body

Yoga isn’t about striking the best pose. One of the best things about it is getting to know your body and understanding what it needs. Learning to be kind and patient with myself is the best lesson I have learned (and am still learning) from yoga. And why not have fun doing it?
