Time for another Employee Spotlight! Today, we’re proud to shine a light on someone whose work plays a major role in the quality and reliability of every ATC conversion. 🔦✨

Meet Andy Hall, our Quality Manager, who has been part of the ATC family since 2015. Andy oversees all quality assurance processes, from vehicle intake and inspections to final checks before each conversion heads to its new home. His role spans across departments—supporting customer interactions, testing vehicles, managing shipments, tracking inventory, and even lending a hand in the body shop. 🧰 🛠️

Andy’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensure every converted vehicle meets the high standards our customers count on. We’re truly grateful for everything he brings to the team! 👏

Where’s Drew?
Fresh off the Abilities Expo, our Director of Education & Dealer Services is back on the road once again, this time stopping at Dallas for a full dealer training session. 🛻💨

Technicians from both the Dallas and Ft. Worth locations jumped in to deepen their knowledge and sharpen their skills in servicing ATC conversions. Big thanks to George Morales with MobilityWorks for hosting us! 🔧📘

Nothing beats seeing those smiles as people get lifted into an ATC Mobility conversion for the very first time. Those first-time-in moments never get old. 🙌❤️

Meet Paige Wright, a versatile member of our finish line team who joined us in 2024. Paige does a little bit of everything: assembling control boards, installing seat pans and doors, and adding the final touches that make each vehicle look and function flawlessly. 🧰 ✨

Her work is essential to the final stage of every conversion, ensuring each wheelchair-accessible truck or SUV leaves our facility ready for the road.
