Safety and Compliance Services, Inc. SCSI provides safety consulting and training as well as drug and alcohol testing. SCSI was founded by Timothy A. Fitzgerald in 1990.

SCSI is a highly respected regulatory consulting firm based in Roanoke, Virginia. SCSI specializes in assisting businesses with loss prevention due to accidents and regulatory non-compliance. Saddened by the loss of our dear co-worker and friend Ulinda. Such a bright light in our day. Always positive even as she endured the pain and suffering of cancer. She never one time complained or let it dampen her spirit. Ulinda always put others first. We will sure miss her and are praying for Mike and her family.

We are now scheduling the new VDOT flagger certification classses. This new requirement went in effect in January and mandates that all flaggers working on VDOT projects must be certified through the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA) or VDOT's Basic/Intermediate Work Zone training programs.
