Spreading Love and Light
I started Reconnecting Mind Body Spirit as a private Reiki practice in 2005. Reiki is a Japanese technique that uses gentle touch to induce a state of deep relaxation that allows the body systems to move into a state of balance and harmony, thus promoting natural healing. Clients report feeling more balanced, a reduction in pain, able to cope with difficulties, less mental stress, and improved overall wellbeing.
Wanting to expand the opportunities for more people to experience Reiki, I developed a Group Reiki protocol that is now offered online. In early 2020, I began a Reiki Apprenticeship Program to provide Reiki I/II Practitioners with the tools and confidence to start their own Reiki practices. A clinic is available for students to practice Reiki at a reduced cost and refine the skills they learn in this program.
As my practice has grown, so has my interest in energy medicine. I now offer sound therapy with Himalayan singing bowls.
