Zen is offering Kids Yoga Classes!
Yoga can help kids get in touch with their bodies, strengthen and relax their muscles, develop coordination, focus, and
confidence. We will practice kid-style asana (postures) and meditation in a playful, supportive, and safe environment. Each class is only $10 per child.
