Even though it's tempting to eat what you want, your mouth needs time to heal after oral surgery! The right food choices can make a noticeable difference during your recovery period. Some good food choices are scrambled eggs, yogurt, pudding, applesauce, oatmeal, soups and make sure you give yourself time to heal.
