Happy Friday from the staff at Elite Rehab! We would like to inform all our patients and friends that Medicare will begin issuing replacement cards with new number/letter combinations in April 2018. Your social security number will no longer be on your Medicare card. Please make sure that Medicare has your correct mailing address or you won't receive your "new" card with your new Medicare info that will be a combination of numbers and upper case letters. There will be mailing waves by states. Alabama will begin after June 2018. If you have questions please contact Medicare @ Medicare.gov/new card. If you have questions our office staff will be glad to assist you in any way!
