Time for a Recovery Week!
You've been working hard! In a strong endurance plan, every 4th week drops to about 50% of your normal volume. This isn’t random. It’s how your body consolidates the work you’ve been doing so you actually get stronger instead of just accumulating fatigue. Recovery weeks aren’t a break from training, they are training! The lighter load: Prevents burnout, Reduces injury risk, Helps tissues adapt and rebuild, Resets your nervous system, and locks in the gains from the previous 3 weeks.

CAUTION: While many people are out and about, the Grandin area parking and walkways remain snowy. There is a snow mound between the street parking and our sidewalks. Parking is additionally available "Behind the Coop" in the lot off Westover. Be aware that you may need to walk the snowy sidewalks around to the front of the office. Our neighbors have not shoveled.
Please only book if you are confident in your ability to travel/walk in snow/ice.
