Every session is a little bit different, all being designed around your specific needs and goals. Whether you are seeking stress or pain relief, or an overall improvement in your wellness; call or message for a private consultation to see what a difference therapeutic massage or spa treatments can make in your life. Treatments start at $20 for a 15 minute "Time Out" chair massage, and $70 for a 60 minute massage designed to suit your needs for relaxation and/or tension relief; though there are an untold number of treatment combinations possible. Shondra holds a strong belief in providing affordable care and making the world of spa therapies accessible to all. She even offers a sliding scale system for those in need - just ask!

I 💜 Winter Solstice! Such a wonderful time for reflection and dreaming ahead.
Today marks 25 years since I graduated from the Atlanta School of Massage.

I’m so grateful to have made it this far. I’m grateful that I’ve built a career around meeting people where they are and figuring out ways to help them that fit their needs.

I absolutely chose the right school and career for me and I’m beyond grateful for those that have supported me this far.

I’ll be closed for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

I’m not travelling, so I’ll be available normal hours other than those days to help you.

New batch of pillows are ready for Santa to pick up!! 🎅🧑‍🎄
These are made with flax seeds blended with dried herbs, Mint or Lavender. They have a solid weight, which can be soothing on its own; and can also be used hot or cold for muscle pain and stress relief.
Great stocking stuffers especially when paired with a gift certificate!

I’ve finally finished a new batch of therapy pillows in mint and lavender!
They are all in my car, but I’ll take pics when I put them in the office tomorrow!
The fabrics are so fun, they smell great and have a nice heft to them!
I’m working on a batch of unscented ones next and should have those by the end of the week.
