It took a long time to allow myself to receive life’s blessings. (Pictured below, SWEET client gifts this week🥰) I’m so grateful to meet and treat every single soul that shows up in my treatment room. When I pay attention it’s easy to see that I receive just as much as I give, probably more. 💝

I’m not just talking about physical things here.
It’s wildly ironic the messages I receive from listing to those who land on my table.

Yesterday a newbie and I were chatting about gratitude, fulfillment, and how that relates to the work that we do.
Our work is never about us. It’s always about being of service. We can never fail at anything as long as we recognize and remember, we are here to serve others, to help. By anchoring our work there, we are also taking care of ourselves. 🙏💛✨

Sometimes or a lot of the time the restoration we need gets pushed aside. Somehow our mind thinks it’s not productive enough to allow our bodies to recover and reawaken.

One of the coolest things I recognize about regular bodywork for myself is the unraveling that begins on the car ride over. It’s a phenomenon I do my best to try and explain…it’s pretty miraculous.
I know deep down where I am headed and my body begins to open up for that process to begin.

Regular Therapeutic Sessions and a treatment plan offer us exactly what we need to keep going. We all want to keep going for as long as we are able. There are tools and practices designed to keep us moving freely…without the weight we sometimes insist on carrying.

It's pretty darn invigorating to have experienced a taste of spring over the weekend. Like many, I felt the effects of a prolonged winter. 🥱

We thrive when we can immerse ourselves in the outdoors, soak up the sunshine, and connect with Mama Nature. 🌿
These bodies are designed for movement and it's a gift to be able to walk, hike, bend over to touch and explore the ground we walk along. 🥾

The first signs of spring came in calling this week. The geese were hollering and honking, I could hear them saying, here we are!! Little miss red wing came singing at my window this morning. 🪿

It’s amazing what a little sunshine and bird song can do!! 🐦‍⬛

Over the past decade plus I have been surrounded by practitioners of Chinese Medicine. It’s pretty darn incredible to look back and see the changes accompanied by the symbolism related to the Chinese New Year. 🐲

Last Year was the deep shedding of layers related to the Wood Snake. 🐍
I know I shed some layers! 🌀

This year we Ride the Fire Horse 🔥
She is a Double Fire Horse accompanied by a ring of fire eclipse today. That’s some powerful energy!! 🔥🏇🔥

What a relief it is to know that these bodies can find balance and feel at ease, naturally.
Sometimes all we need is a little nudge. They are always trying to find that place of wellbeing, whether we know it or not. 🦋

I was listening to a published study on muscle atrophy and massage the other day.
The question was, can massage begin to rebuild muscle and tissue without working the muscle any other way.
Only legs were massaged in this study.
Not only did massage ignite protein synthesis, it also repaired collagen and elastin…without getting out of the bed!

The most astonishing part of this study was that you could massage just one leg and the other leg also began to undergo the same process of rebuilding….without being touched at all!! 😮

These bodies are masterpieces! ✨

Yesterday a project that has been in the works for quite some time, came to life.
I’ve had the most incredible support and partner within this process, Elizabeth Fuller.
More than a project partner…she has become a friend.

Back in late September I decided it was time to have my own website. This task became my baby! I’d held off a long time before making this decision. Sometimes I think I do things backwards. The truth is I work everything from the inside out.
I would’ve never had the experience or content that I have today. I’m so thankful for the people who have given me that experience!!!

During this process I had to undergo a business name change. I believe the new name reflects who I have become over the years.

With all of that being said, I am so grateful to announce,
