The has been ramping up in our area lately. To keep you and your family healthy, follow these tips:
🦠Wash your hands. Especially before eating!
🦠Get your flu shot! No, it does NOT give you the flu.
🦠Clean high traffic areas: doorknobs, desks, etc.
🦠Put down the doom scrolling and get your 8 hours. Sleep is essential!
🦠Eat a healthy diet. Focus on a wide variety of fruits, veggies, and lean proteins.
🦠Stay away from sick people. If you are the sick person, stay home! Nobody wants your cooties 🤮
