Run with Heart 5k was one for the books! The rain didn't stop the brave women, men, and children to show up and support a good cause 💕 seeing everyone rally together despite the weather conditions was truly powerful and I'm blessed to witness and be a part of something so special. 👟

Another year, another with at Natural Bridge, ft. the dopest sticker! 🤩

We explored the newly reconstructed Buck Hill Trail stopping to cover various nature topics of bear hibernation, signs of crows and bird migration, & recession areas with native and invasive species discussion. 🌲🪲🐻

Did you know⁉️ Nut hatchers beaks are so strong they can break open nuts to eat. Crows, however, are not and drop their food on rocks to crack open. 🐦‍⬛

Our ranger also had some inspiring wisdom to take away 🧠 just as nature evolves and changes through various weather conditions and environmental changes, so can we. We have a chance for new growth and to start our own path ✨️

Happy 'late' ! 🙌🏽 it's that weird week when no one knows what day it is...just that it's not 2026 yet 😅

For today's highlight, I'm dropping what should be the entire Faith Friday playlist on Spotify! 🎶

This started as a way for me to share more of my spiritual journey through music and what helps keeps me grounded and somewhat sane 😅 it's been a rocky, yet beautiful 3 years of sharing some songs that have quite literally kept me in touch with my heavenly Father so I wouldn't drown.
