We were so proud to represent Roanoke & Daleville Fit Body Boot Camp in the special Olympics plane pull and both locations were in the top 5 for teams who raised the most in donations!

It only felt right to have him join us in the video to celebrate this moment with the people who made it all possible – YOU! Our amazing community of members.

Yeah, we know you've got equipment at home... Or a brother in law who can write you a workout program...Or a $10/month membership to THAT gym...But if that stuff was all it took to reach your goals, wouldn't you already be there? 🫣Truth is, it's not about more information, or fancy equipment, or just having gym access...What gets you to your goals is being a part of a community who won't give up on you as easily as you give up on yourself Who call or text when they haven't seen you at the gym in a while...Who push you harder than you'd push on your own...It's MORE than just a gym. So stop lying to yourself and be a part of the best fitness community in the nation 💪🏼🙌

Parents: taking time to work out doesn't take AWAY from your time with them-- it adds value to their lives for the long-term!!

Imagine how grateful you'd be as an adult if you never had to learn the hard way about the importance of exercise and eating healthy because your parents made it a part of your lives from the start?

It's not always easy, they will often get impatient or interrupt, but them witnessing you working out solidifies an invaluable skill for their entire lives 💪🏼

Shoutout to our boot camp moms and dads who continually lead by example for their families 🙌
