I began my career as a massage therapist in 2012 co-owning a studio called Live Well Be Well in the heart of Baltimore, Maryland. After 7 flourishing and fulfilling years there, I have moved to SWVA to join my fiance and his two sons and begin anew.
My approach to this craft blends both science and art into my own unique and detail oriented style. I work most specifically with chronic pain, injury recovery, and athletes. My clients range from musicians and hairstylists, to office workers, teachers, and yoga students. I have had much success working with a variety of pathologies including thoracic outlet syndrome, scoliosis, sciatica/piriformis syndrome, and plantar fascitis to name a few. I hope to support many of you in your journey towards optimal health and wellness!
