Trying something new can feel uncomfortable, but this is how we grow.

This is my first attempt at offering an online session for YAMAMA. The audio isn’t perfect, the lighting isn’t perfect, and there are still things I’m learning — but I wanted to show up anyway and offer something meaningful to families on International Kids Yoga Day.

Did you know April 10th was International Kids Yoga Day?! In honor of this fun day, many guides will be offering yoga for kids, all around the world! With the gentle *push* from thee boss babe herself , YAMAMA will be offering its FIRST online class. This class is for kids ages 4-12, but toddlers and families with babies are more than welcome to join in on the fun. The best part, this class will be totally FREE and only available for a limited time. This class is unfiltered, unedited, because showing you all that I may forget my next cue, stumble over words, and look camera shy, are all important to to me in regards to transparency because at the end of the day, I am only human. 🔶
