When placing a dental implant, making sure it is in the exact right location is extremely important. I have seen many implants over the years with poor location or angulation.
This means the forces on the implant can put it at risk over time. I follow a strictly guided method when placing an implant. This means everything is pre-planned to maximise the chance of ideal placement.
