Mainstream Mental Health Services is proud to have taken part in a very special project near and dear to our hearts.

Our amazing COO, Charlene, and her incredible family, most importantly her amazing son Cam, have been faced with something no child or parent should have to face. Through their resiliency and faith, they have inspired everyone here at Mainstream to be the best we can be, and to never take anything for granted.

With the help of our dedicated staff and our incredible Substance Abuse clients, (who were so pumped to have the opportunity to pour their creativity into something so incredibly meaningful!), we have painted close to 100 rocks for , and more to come from our NRV and Southside regional staff!

Join Mental Health Services for an amazing opportunity to learn about student-athlete mental health, unique pressures, barriers for treatment, warning signs, and how to help.

This event is being led and created by Dr. Rachel Turk, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and former college volleyball player. She has been providing Mental Health Services since 2014 and working with D1 athletes since 2017. She is passionate about student-athlete mental health and performance, eating disorders, and trauma.
