The Powers of One Yoga & Fitness Studio We offer yoga and fitness classes as well as one-on-one private training sessions to Roanoke as well as the Southwest Fort Wayne area.

We were born out of a passions to share the amazing benefits of yoga and a healthy lifestyle. Our knowledgeable and passionate instructors are dedicated to providing our clients with a quality experience each and every time they visit the studio. Instructors will help guide and inspire clients to achieve their goals by empowering them to make small, effective changes to their everyday life....to f

Our intention is to create a space where people feel welcomed, supported and able to experience the awakening of their spirit to bring about peace and understanding -- a place where people can cultivate a deep sense of feeling and BEING alive and well.
