Watch out for these oils. They are used in most restaurants because they are cheap. They are in fast food, prepared foods, desserts, snacks, salad dressings, etc. Even in some “health foods.” You must read labels. They are EVERYWHERE. Think chronic pain and/or diseases. Choose avocado, coconut, olive, real butter or ghee. These are the healthy fats that your brain and body need to function.
Seed oils were not originally created for human consumption!
They are high in omega-6 fatty acids that accumulate in your body. These fats cause oxidation and inflammation and are deficient in nutrients. When you consume foods that lack nutrients, like seed oils, your body has to pull from nutrient reserves, creating deficiencies.
