Halloween Pumpkin Contest!! This year's pumpkin contest was extremely competitive, with residents facing a challenging decision in selecting the top 3 pumpkins. The RLCC Fall Festival was a highly enjoyable event for our residents, who participated in games, admired the creatively dressed children, and spent time outdoors, despite the warmth. We express our appreciation to the volunteers who oversaw the booths and the Friends of the Robert Lee Care Center for providing treats. We are also thankful for the generous donation of Halloween inflatables from Vision with a Purpose. As I previously stated, this event relies heavily on the dedication of our staff and volunteers. The FCCLA school kids hosted a birthday party for October birthdays at the Robert Lee Care Center. Residents enjoyed refreshments and pumpkin painting with the kids. They took pleasure in socializing with the kids and observing their dance performances. Some residents even joined the kids in dancing. Thank you, Kacee Sellers. What a wonderful group of kids!
