Good afternoon everyone!

On this Mindfulness Monday, I invite you to, at some point today, take a few moments and mindfully observe something from nature.

It can be the blue lotus flower below, or something in real live nature, but pick one thing and observe as much detail as you can from the object you chose for as long as you desire, but try to observe it for at least 5 minutes.

To prepare the mind, I invite you to take 10 slow and flowing, deep belly breaths, counting them from 10 to 1, while feeling the breath as it enters and leaves your body. You can do this with eyes open or closed.

Just observe. See whatever your eye will see. All we're doing is like the old saying, "stop and smell the roses."

But Why? Because it helps get our minds and bodies out of survival mode where we can think more clearly and feel good while doing it.

You may very well see by doing this exercise, an obstacle will be more easily overcome, with peace, than it was whilst in stressed survival mode, as it helps provide new perspectives that shed light on possibilities once missed.

The ultimate, long term goal of Free Your Peace (FYP) Retreats, is the acquisition of real world property(ies), which will be developed in a sustainable and harmonious way with the natural environment; as to tend the earth and provide a natural retreat environment for all to enjoy, with special consideration given to our supporters and Free Your Peace Breathwork community members.

This long term vision will come to fruition only through the sustainable and positive growth of our online community, so we feel it's only fair to extend special offers to our online community members and vision supporters to things like, live (real world) events, retreats, natural campground areas that will be available, and more!

Once we are able to have full retreats, we plan on offering resort amenities like, massage therapy sessions, spa treatments, yoga classes, wellness chefs to prepare meals, the full works. However, you can see how all of that overhead adds up quickly, so it's going to be a great deal of beautiful work to get there.

We want to personally thank each and every supporter and community member for walking this journey with us. Each moment is a gift we only receive once, and we're humbly grateful you've chosen to share even some of your moments with us.
