Our final Cancer Prevention and Screening Event is set for 4-6 p.m. on April 22 in the hospital's Crawford Room (the former HealthWorks building - park on the north side in the lot with red flags on the light poles). We're offering FREE cancer screenings and education + medically eligible patients can get a low-dose lung CT for a cash price fo $50. This test screens for lung cancer, which affects so many in our community. There is no charge and you can come anytime during the two-hour event. Got questions? You've told us that adding a neurology service line was important - and we listened. Everyone, meet Dr. Patrick Mercho. He's been seeing patients in the Consulting Clinic for a few weeks now and the verdict is in. We all love him, and we are sure you will too. What's a neurologist? A neurologist is a medical doctor who specializes in diagnosing, treating, and managing disorders of the nervous system, which includes the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves. They treat conditions like stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, and Alzheimer’s. Dr. Mercho treats adults and his practice does include EMGs.
