Classes have been filling up! Grab your mat and join us. These one hour sessions are free to the public. You can expect 40-50 minutes of stretching and breath work, followed by 10-20 minutes of rest and relaxation. Optional heated lavender rice bag for added aromatherapy and weight to help relax deeper. Located at Robinson Public Library. Make your 2026 about wellness inside and out🙏
